1 kg cooked St Andrews mussels
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
100 ml white wine (or water)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges to serve
Instructions:
In a large pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add wine and bring to a simmer.
