Huizer Kaas-Gilde Matured Cumin Cheese is a delicious, soft creamy cheese with a refined cumin taste. Cumin is one of the first spices added to Dutch cheese. The cumin seeds give the cheese a characteristic taste. Delicious on bread or on the go.

Serving suggestion: butter a toasted sandwich, cover with 2-3 slices of Gouda Cumin Cheese, top off with tablespoon-sized mix of thinly sliced pickles and onion.
