Krakauer Sausage

A Krakauer Sausage is an increasingly popular slightly smoky, cured pork sausage. Its coarser meat is seasoned with mustard seeds, spices and a fine note of garlic creating a delicious savoury flavour.

Serving suggestion: It works well on a bun with Löwensenf extra scharf mustard and our own Curry Ketchup or serve it on a plate with Sauerkraut.


  • Net weight: 100g/piece (comes in a pack of 2).

    • Warm in hot water (not cooking) for 15 min or fry in skillet or grill
